Meriden Resources Limited was incorporated on 20 June 2008 with the objective of listing on the National Stock Exchange of Australia Limited. Meridien Resources has been established as an investment holding company with a predominant focus on investment in the securities of publicly listed “small cap” mining and resources companies with a market capitalisation of between A$5million and A$50million.  The Company intends to focus on securities listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) and the London Stock Exchange, Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
