Wine Bloc is redeveloping the historic Pentridge ‘D’ Division site as an integrated museum, restaurant, wine centre and boutique wine storage complex.
The ‘D’ Division building comprises 204 cells and Wine Bloc has converted 127 of these cells (comprising the three levels of the western wing and the top level of the eastern wing) to state of the art, climate controlled wine cellars.
These strata titled cellars are available for both sale and or lease.
